We are keeping a close eye on the Oregon season. The Oregon Crab Commission tests for adequate weight of crabs before opening the commercial season. We are hoping for another early season this year but stay tuned. We will know in December. We currently previously frozen Oregon Dungeness in Market.
Fresh Oregon Shrimp Season is Done
We love our fresh Oregon Shimpmeat because it makes a perfect summer salad or appetizer. The Oregon Shrimpmeat season is over.
Fresh Alaska Halibut Cut-To-Order
We are likely to see fresh Alaskan or Canadian Halibut soon. The firm texture, bright white meat, mild flavor and ease of preparation continue to make it a popular dinner choice. Halibut is delicate, flaky, tender, and succulent. We have halibut fillets, steaks, and of course, we cut-to-order.
